An email with check-in instructions will automatically sent to the guest once a reservation is confirmed.

Guest can use the link in the email to register their information prior arrival.They can also connect with the operator using the message box.

Upon arrival, the guest has to take a photo of themselves in the self check-in website with their smart phone and the operator will cross check with their IDs in the back end.

Alternatively, the guest can also use the on-site tablet to complete the above procedure.

After the personal identification check is completed, the smart lock password of the room will be shown on the screen and also forward to the guest email
